Because of the customized nature of our work, and the resources we invest in each project from the very beginning, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.
All services provided by QWebDevelopments.com — including, but not limited to, website design, development, hosting setup, SEO optimization, and digital assets — are customized and non-transferable. Once a project has started, significant time, effort, and expenses are allocated specifically to your account.
For this reason, all payments made to QWebDevelopments.com are final and non-refundable.
Upon initiation of your project, we immediately allocate funds toward:
Premium software licenses and subscriptions
Hosting, domain, and development tools
Graphic and design assets
SEO tools and analytics software
Developer and designer labor hours
These tools and services are purchased and activated for your specific project and cannot be returned or refunded to us by the vendors. Therefore, we are unable to issue refunds once payment has been received.
We maintain open communication throughout every stage of the project. Clients are given multiple opportunities to review, approve, and request revisions to ensure satisfaction. By making a payment and agreeing to our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved our process and understand that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, QWebDevelopments.com reserves the right to retain 100% of the paid amount as compensation for the time, labor, and expenses incurred.
In rare cases where QWebDevelopments.com cannot complete a project due to circumstances within our control, we may offer a partial refund or project credit at our sole discretion. This does not apply to client-requested cancellations or delays.
