Once an order is placed and payment has been made for any of the services provided by QWebDevelopments, it is considered final. We do not offer any refunds for completed, ongoing, or in-progress orders. This policy is in place due to the nature of our services, which involve substantial time, effort, and resources to complete each project to your specific requirements.
The primary reason for our no-refund policy is that our services are highly personalized and involve a great deal of work upfront, including research, planning, development, and customization. Once you have confirmed your order and payment has been processed, we begin allocating resources and start working on the project immediately.
Web development services involve a substantial amount of client collaboration, design iterations, and code creation. These elements are custom-tailored to your needs, making it impossible to “return” or “resell” our services once delivered.
Our services include web design, development, maintenance, consulting, and other digital solutions, as outlined in your agreement or contract. You will receive a detailed proposal prior to project initiation, specifying the scope of the work, deliverables, timelines, and any other terms and conditions. Upon approval and payment, we move forward with the project according to the terms discussed.
We aim to be as clear and transparent as possible about what you will receive before committing to any work. If there are any questions or clarifications needed about the scope, please make sure to reach out before placing your order.
While we do not offer refunds, customer satisfaction is a top priority at QWebDevelopments. If you are unsatisfied with the work at any stage, we encourage you to communicate directly with us. We offer multiple opportunities for revisions and feedback during the course of the project to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
We will continue to collaborate and make necessary adjustments to the project until you are satisfied with the final result. However, after project completion and delivery, no refunds will be provided.

Our team will review the issue, and we will make every effort to find a satisfactory solution, including offering reasonable revisions or modifications to the delivered work.

You have the right to cancel your project before it begins or during the initial phases of development (before substantial work has been done). In the event of a cancellation, any payments made may be retained by QWebDevelopments to cover the time, effort, and resources already spent on the project. If the cancellation occurs after the project has moved beyond the planning phase, no refund will be issued.
If you wish to cancel, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation, provide a final invoice for work completed up to the point of cancellation, and process the cancellation accordingly.
Upon full payment for services rendered, QWebDevelopments will transfer the intellectual property rights to the deliverables to you, unless otherwise agreed upon. This includes design files, code, and other materials created during the project. The transfer of ownership does not apply to any work in progress or unfinished projects.
QWebDevelopments reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. If any significant changes are made, they will be communicated to clients in a timely manner, and the updated policy will take effect as soon as it is posted on our website or otherwise made available to you.
